(More customer reviews)I purchased 2 of these for my new home. I thought the raised crank would be great for my bad back. The hose rolls in nicely, but it's hard as heck to pull the hose out. Both were returned to the store. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you're very very strong. I was really disappointed because they're really nice looking.
