(More customer reviews)Ready to go with very minimal assembly. Used it ONCE. Cuts grass wonderfully, and able to go up hills. Breaker tripped (for good) the next day, and won't stick back in "on" position. Therefore, the machine is dead. So, the $2000 is lost until I can get a local electrician to look at it. (Meanwhile, have an email into mower company.)
Other problem is delivery. Never had a problem with anything from Amazon before, and I order A LOT. Carrier called a few days after order and asked if someone would be able to help them take it off their truck! Since it weighs 300#, and I'm a woman who works all day, I said, "no." They transferred it to a carrier with a lift on their truck (duh). After that, it was phone tag, but they were finally able to leave it in my driveway, at my request.
