(More customer reviews)Upon discovering that an extended brown recluse spider clan had elected to infest my rural abode, I ordered every spider trap I could find on the internet. Of the non-toxic box-shaped glue-trap variety, these are superior to the flimsy Catchmasters, because they have glue on all four interior surfaces (the Catchmaster only has glue on the "floor") and don't collapse as easily if you happen bump into one inadvertently.
I put about 60 of these out around the house. In two weeks I've trapped over 30 brown recluses, and have lost count of the other spiders, scorpions, wind-scorpions, gnats, flies, mosquitoes, centipedes, millipedes, and assorted unidentified insecta. The glue holds'em fast; only the most enormous katydids are capable of defeating the Victor's mighty cling.
Highly recommended if you aren't into toxic pesticides (which don't work on spiders and scorpions anyway, unless you shoot'em directly), and if brown recluses aren't your idea of good-timin' roommates.
