(More customer reviews)I have STILL not received the product. I ordered it on April 5th. On May 5th I sent an e-mail inquiring as to it's wereabouts. An e-mail was sent with an apology claiming that many orders were lost by UPS along with their records. A UPS tracking number was sent on May 6th claiming that billing information was received but no shipping information. As of May 11th that status has not changed. I am quickly losing my slot to apply this product. I have since purchased an equivalent product locally and applied it before the temperature gets too warm. If the product ever actually arrives I will save it for a fall application. I only hope the product works better than the people who sell it.
