(More customer reviews)I'm one of those weird people who thinks that an old timeworn fire hydrant is beautiful in its own rustic way. This little hydrant has that beautiful, ages-old look, with a beautifully deep shade of red... it's not garishly bright red or plastic looking. It actually looks very appealing in my yard!
And, needless to say the pups give it five stars as well. I placed it in a mulched area so the excess, um, nitrogen wouldn't harm the grass. Overall I'm very happy we added this little art piece to our backyard landscape.
