Ellen, of Arizona Sun, discovered the mistake, reimbursed my account and immediately sent a replacement kit. I received the new kit within a couple of days. I was very impressed with her professional and considerate manner in handling this order. I am now the proud owner of a sprouting baby saguaro cactus!
